Mark commenced his career in the executive program at the NAB in 1994.  Over a 14-year period he held various positions with the bank, specialising in property finance and was responsible for clients credit assessment, debt structuring and relationship management in all sectors of the property industry.

 

In 2007 Mark joined a prominent Brisbane based family office and was responsible for a property portfolio of some $500 million.  The role included the Acquisition, Asset Management, Debt Structuring, Capital Raising and Disposal of property assets located in the Brisbane fringe and CBD.

 

Mark has been involved in the property industry for over 17 years with a strong background in property markets, property investment banking and asset management.  

 

His experience encompasses a broad range of property industry disciplines, including financial and feasibility modelling, project structuring, marketing, sales and leasing, negotiation, risk assessment and management, asset management and debt structuring.
